Vr Punjab mall - Parking

I parked my bike in parking,but unfortunately someone theft my bike side mirror,after that i contact to mall management, then they sent me a to parking team they also not respond and then i want to reception they even said me to contact authorised person. And now its been *-* days,there is no response from anyone, your mall management team is very busy,they don't even have time to meet with customer and other brand staff. This is litterly very bad situation of vr Punjab mall,i am not going to visit mall again and not even suggest my friend not to visit.
