My withdrawal of ***** requested on the **th of September **** is NOT credited for over ** days now.
The withdrawal of ***** on **th September, was approved promptly & showing as success in my parimatch account, however the withdrawal has NOT credited my bank account till date.
I have contacted chat support numerous times only to get lies. Raised ticket #********, sent multiple emails yet there has been NO progress on the ticket and withdrawal NOT credited.
Please credit my rightful winnings immediately as I have provided bank statements even but still NO credit.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
