Parimatch is torturing me. I deposited Rs. **** using UPI QR
First they told me to wait for * hours so that money will be reflected in my account. after * hours they told me to wait few more hours as experts are working on my issue. Now after ** hours wait they sent me this following message.
Dear xxx, we're really sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced. I've double-checked the information, and it appears that, regrettably, your deposit of Rs. **** didn't go through successfully. Not to worry, though, your funds will be back in your account within * business days. If by any chance you don't receive your funds after this period, please share an up-to-date statement that includes all your banking transactions. Just a quick reminder: when we mention "* working days," it doesn't include weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else. We're here to help!
I never received again. This is fraud from parimatch and they are doing to many people. Rs. **** is not small amount for me. please help

I have never shared my UTR number to anyone. I deposited Rs. **** to their third payment provider. Parimatch itself gave me details to send Rs. ****. Right after transferring without any delay, I entered UTR number in their website , which we have to do after transferrring Rs. ****. But right after I did it, I got a pop up saying UTR is already used.Now they are saying thy are unable to contact third party payment provider and also unable to give me refund because someone else refunded my money. I never shared my UTR to anyone. Please help me get my money.
