I requested a withdrawal of **,*** INR from Parimatch Betting App (parimatch.in) on **October **** (Ticket ID: ********, Player ID: [Insert your Player ID here, if available]). The app shows the status as “successful,” but the amount has not been credited to my bank account as of ** October ****. I followed up with Parimatch support via live chat and email (support@parimatch.in), but received no clear response, only asked to “wait.” This delay is unfair and violates RBI guidelines and the Consumer Protection Act ****. I demand immediate crediting of **,*** INR to my bank account or a full refund. Please resolve this on priority.
