I had requested a withdrawal of my legitimate winnings, and despite their repeated claims that the funds have been successfully transferred, no amount has been credited to my bank account to date.

Refuses to investigate further or escalate the issue properly.

Keeps sending copy-paste responses that avoid responsibility.

My Demands:
Immediate resolution of the missing withdrawal.

Proof of transaction (UTR, receipt, sender bank details).

Refund or re-credit of the full amount if transaction is not traceable.

Compensation for mental stress, financial disruption, and delayed response
