I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a deposit that has been pending in my Parimatch account for more than ** hours. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet, and the investigation ticket I raised has also seen no progress.

As per the attached screenshot, I submitted a complaint to your billing support team (Ticket ID #********) two days ago, on September *, ****, to investigate a pending deposit for Transaction ID **********. The ticket description clearly states that the ₹**** deposit made via PhonePe is still pending after ** hours. It has now been over ** hours, and the status of the investigation ticket remains "Submitted," with no action taken.
This delay is unacceptable. I have provided all the necessary evidence, including the UTR and screenshots of the successful transaction and my interactions with support. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account, yet they are not available in my Parimatch wallet, and the support ticket raised for this issue is not being addressed.
I request one of the following immediate actions:
Credit the deposited amount of ₹**** to my Parimatch account immediately.
Initiate a full refund of ₹**** to my original payment source (PhonePe linked account) within ** hours.
I expect a swift and concrete resolution to this matter without any further delay.
