I made a deposit of **k on *nd July'** on Parimatch App, amount was debited successfully, however Parimatch wallet amount was not credited.
Another Deposit of **k Done on **th Aug'** is not credited to my parimatch wallet. I beleive they are running scam.
Till date I am following up with them for resolutions, I have shared all payment proofs, written bank communication that payment made was successfull.
They are making fool of me stating that they are unable to track transactions even after giving all the proofs.(bank statements, official bank communication)
I want this money in my wallet or to be refunded.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
