I want to lodge a complaint regarding my order (NLV**********). The order which was placed on July **th, was finally delivered yesterday. But the item was completely damaged without a plant.
Instead of shooting multiple mails, their services are hopeless.
For the complete lack of customer care services and unreasonable delays, a formal complaint should be filed against such rubbish company.
We will make sure such frauds are terminated at the earliest.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
