I had ordered (POD) for supply of * Nos of wall repairing ointment at Rs ***/- for each in all totalling to Rs **** vide Order No:N***** and the company/firm have sent the product via blue dart courier vide AWB No:*********** , I am in receipt of the parcel personally today the *nd June **** at about **.** hours from the courier person on paying the amount of Rs **** as shown in the Firm Invoice which is preferred for * tubes weighing only *** grams as against *** grams, and thus they have claimed an amount of Rs **** in excess and collected from me, Since I am a retired person, not afford to such loss in these days hard financial strigency. I would therefore request to whom so ever it may concern to arrange to provide justice for obtaining the excess amount claimed and paid by me of Rs **** at the earliest.
