Sir i have ordered a parcel (product ID *********) on dated ** july **** at **:**PM but it's payment is not processed due to some unknown reason but at tha same time on **:** PM i have processed it's payment online which is successful and my order is placed.
Now problem is that the address and contact no of parcel may be automatically changed by the app and i have not confirmed that address and contact number. Without OTP delivery boy not delivered my prepaid parcel.
I have submitted the screenshot of the order of parcel and pls change the contact no. to ********** so that I have received the parcel on time pls( it's urgent because it's a birthday gift for someone)
