Uncle delivery - Parcel not delivered

I booked a parcel from Sadar bazar Delhi to sector ** Noida and the delivery boys name was Sitaram ( as shown on the screen shot), I spoke to them on the time of pick up as to what time he will reach to the destination and he responded as ,in * hours.

He then switched off his phone and was never on call with me and even he did not deliver the goods in * hours of time, due to this fact I had to arrange another parcel for my customer from Sadar bazar and I delivered that through other service named porter on same day.

After my second parcel delivery he is suddenly appeared and contacted me for his money while delivery the goods at the party but by that time the party had received my other parcel so the refused to except the other parcel which results a loss of **** rupees .

Then after he kept asking me for his money of fair which I was never wanted to pay and just wanted to get back my parcel in my hand

Since then he has kept my parcel with him and the company uncle delivery is not at all responding me and not even arranging the call back to resolve my issue.

I there for want to get my parcel back and also compensation of ***** rupees from his company to make this sure that this should not happen with anyone in future. I have the screenshot of this booking which is showing name of the delivery boy and the package delivery expected destination.
