Rapido Bike Mumbai - PARCEL NOT DELIVERED

I connected with Rapido at *.**am on **.**.** for a parcel that needed to be delivered urgently. I got confirmation about the fare of Rs.***/- and a captain being assigned. Within few minutes i got a call from the person saying that he had a tyre puncture and will take some time to come. I cancelled the ride. As I was booking a fresh service on the app a captain called me to say he was assigned and he was on the way to pick up the parcel within * minutes. I was happy when he arrived, handed him the parcel, as well as paid Rs.***/- as the delivery charges in cash.
I recollect that the OTP **** was the same as that for the cancelled ride, which was accepted by him.
I requested him for his personal number which he gave as **********. I gave him a misssed call and my number showed up on his screen.
The person who was to receive the parcel also received an OTP to be given on parcel delivery. Around ** am he got a call from the rider saying that he would be there in * mins.
HOWEVER HE DID NOT TURN UP.
I connected with the customer support thru the app, around **.**pm, and was assured of resolving the matter within * hours. However there was no call back and all the data viz driver name, bike number as well as the OTP for delivery was erased from my phone.

This is a very common experience with RAPIDO services as I learnt thru interactions during the day.
Can something be done?
