My parcel (HDFC Bank Welcome Kit) with Blue Dart Waybill No. *********** has not been delivered for the past ** days. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response or resolution from Blue Dart.
This delay has caused me serious inconvenience as the parcel contains important banking documents.
Relief Demanded:
Immediate delivery of the parcel OR re-dispatch to my nearest HDFC branch.
Proper explanation for the delay and lack of communication.
Action to ensure such lapses do not happen in future.
