Sent a parcel via DTDC from Bengaluru on **nd Dec **** which shows as reached ELDams Road DTDC office, Chennai on **rd Dec ****, but there has been no movement of the parcel to the actual delivery location since * days. I would like to sue DTDC and request for compensation of * lakh rupees if the consignment is not delivered within **th Dec
