French express courier - Parcel not delivered and making wrong statements in track

My relatives had send the parcel to me on ****/****. Still yet I didn't receive the parcel from French express courier. But every day in the track they update the status as door locked and another day they update person shifted like that, but even a single day they won't make any call or visited my home single time. Every time they made a wrong staus. Finally now they update heavy rain so unable to deliver like that. Very worst ever service from them..
