Savana - Parcel not deliver

I ordered one bag and two phone case on dt **/**/** which I prepaid the money I received the bag on * feb and I get a message saying out for delivery on dt ** and the delivery guy called me I was busy so I couldn't pick the call later when I called him back he told me that he left the place and said if you give me the otp I will deliver at *pm so I give him the otp but he didn't deliver after * days I called him and he said which are I told him the area and he said It's already late I will deliver tomorrow I said ok but still he didn't deliver after * *days I called him again and he asked me the name and the area I told him my name and the area but he told he your parcel is not there I told him you said that you will deliver tomorrow now you're saying there's no parcel then he cut the call
