I booked my red mi note * mobile parcel through this vendor on ** June **** to my daughter who is in Hassan for her online studies in the pandemic situation,games and phone use.i checked the status of my parcel delivery very often from their website. and the website gave all misleading information. i also tried getting in touch with the customer care on phone,email and whats app but i could not get any help from these too. As the parcel was neither delivered nor returned back to me. i tried getting in touch with the vendor who booked my parcel. the vendor is demanding an amount of rupees **** initially to let me know the status and information on my parcel delivery or return. Now the vendor has come to a point that he is asking me to provide the proof of my parcel and take back the parcel or pay the penalty of rupees **** and take back the parcel or forget the parcel.In this pandemic situation he is not ready to understand my situation and my financial status and he is basically getting himself involved in black mailing me.As the vendor told me anything can be booked and also their was no restriction on mobile phone booking on the delhivery website. i went ahead and booked my parcel.Request you kindly please help me on this issue.
