I had a parcel from Chennai that had reached the local vadavalli office atleast * days back..but the courier is being refused to deliver and I have been asked to collect the parcel from the office which is totally unfair. And if they had to ask us to collect the parcel why tell this delayed...they would have atleast called earlier. Worst service. Testing my patience badly
