Over Night Express - Parcel house hold items

I had conversation with one of CISF person with ID that he got transfer and want to sell his house hold items in second hand rate from Dehradun location and claimed that they are doing this under INDIAN ARMY courier parcel department. But after getting receipt of parcel they told me that there is some issues in net . So, i have to pay again the whole amount than i got doubt about it .
So they taken my money ***** through google pay and i have some ID like two people are there and no. are there .
