Delhivery never attempted delivery for my parcel. After pickup of parcel from beginning parcel was in RTO (Return to origin) mode. Parcel never left West Bengal for delivery and money deducted twice from my account for booking and RTO. Please helP to get refund for both side as it was a error from courier side, it is may be new kind of scam. Please find the attached images and pdf for details.
