Reddy Enterprise - Paper plate machine fraudulent company

Respected Sir,
Please help me how to take action on the Delhi based fraud company. I am from Tamil Nadu.
The details are :
I am V.Manikandan , ** from Sivagangai of Tamil Nadu. I am unemployed for some days. During that period I have seen a Paper plate manufacturing Advertisement in my mobile message and whatsapp from one Company namely Reddy enterprise, India of New Delhi, in the local Daily,mentioned that Set up a paper plate and some other Small Scale Industries and gain ****/- daily. There will be buy back agreement and training at our location. I was contacted them about the Paper Plate machine details.
The contact person nisha who she self introduced as the proprietor of the Company. On her advise she told that for Semi Automatic Paper Plate Project it costs Rs ******+GST ****/- and I have to pay the INTIAL PAYMENT of Rs*****/-.
Rest of the Money can be paid from the Delivery of machine. I paid **,*** for machine initial payment. she sent a small machine. she said that they can give the the machine only if they pay the full amount when the machine arrives in karaikudi transport. I could debt arrange for Rs*,**,***/- .
I borrowed this money for an Interest. I paid the full amount with no other option. I will give them the bill I asked for. They kept refusing to give up. After that I contacted Nisha several times but she did not pick up the phone. I am suffering from not being able to repay a loan. I very humbly ask you to give me my money RS *,**,***/-. I have also enclosed tha bank transaction details for payment to them. I also have to pay for keeping me for two months from going to work.
