I had purchased items worth Rs. ****/- from Miniso store, Sector-** Chandigarh on **/**/**** and i was surprised to see that paper bag charges were also included in final bill amounting to Rs. **/-. I protested against this inclusion with the receptionist but she said that paper bags were chargeable. Please refund the amount to me as paper bags have to given free of cost to customers.
