Nighterlady - Paod online package not delivered

I ordered a * pcs combo worth ₹*** from nighterlady.com on **th March, ****. The product originally was worth ₹*** but had an additional **% discount if paid online, so I paid online. It’s been a month since I ordered and I still haven’t received my package or any update whatsoever. When i tried to contact them there was no response. The order status shows to be “completed”. I need my package asap or a refund from them. Please help!
