A HARISH filed complaint against OnePlus on Apr 7, 2023
I have a panel issue in oneplus y series ** inches tv. I have Purchased Oneplus TV January ****. After using * year within warrenty period am faced panel issue and i have raised complaint through whatsapp chat and they responded immediately replaced with another new TV on January **** without warrenty. Now since January **** am facing again same panel issue in Replaced tv but i have no warrenty on it. Again i have raised a complaint through whatsapp , they responded like only one time warrenty applicable for *st TV, No warrenty applicable for Replaced *nd TV. they said as per the company policy for tv there is an standard warranty of one year and for panel (standard warranty * year + * year additional warranty).
Am requested to whoever chat with me at a time of raising complaint, every year issue facing how can i trust about panel request to replace or do with free of cost. but they as per company policy we will teach you at my end they said.
But every year facing same panel issue, its a manufacturing defect, not a human defect, now they saying have to pay for Rs. **,*** /- for replacement of panel and other techinical issues. Am purchased New TV on January **** with Rs. **,***/- .
Every year facing same issue, what i do everytime in future how can i pay that high amount everytime
So request to please respond my request and do favour to me.
