Realme Tv - panel display issue

I purchased a Realme **inches Smart Tv in flipkart for *****rs/- with a warranty of one year and they forced to take a extended warranty for ****/- and I took it. Now within * months of time my Tv got repaired with display of vertical lines instead of picture. Raised a complaint and technician came took photo and went off. Nobody came to my home and repaired or replaced the product till now. I gave a complaint on September *th **** amd now it's **th September ****. I don't know what realme people are doing. Such a disgusting product I brought. I really regret for buying realme product. I will post this in all social media platforms. Customer service executive are cutting my call now. I got a loss of *****rs/- just because of this fake Realme brand.
