PANASONIC TV - Panasonic TV malfunction due to companies fault

My Panasonic smart TV **" inch is * years *months old. I purchased it for Rs **,*** and i purchased it on **.**.****. I had *+* extended warranty which is over now. Recently I ran into a problem where my TV screen got blank because I updated my TV to android ** as it was asked on the TV. After updating screen blacked out and Technician asked to change the panel which is Rs **,***. I need compensation or free replacement from panasonic as it was their software issue. Customers are expected to update their appliances , it should not get damaged for that.
