Panasonic India - Panasonic has delivered us a damaged piece

We brought a Panasonic LED tv * months ago in Giriyas and on saturday there were display lines on the screen. We took it to the authorized service and they told that it is physically damaged,but the thing is there was no one in the home that day, when we came back from work this was shocking and being middle class people it is hard to digest. Company authorities are not giving warranty consolidations inspite of product being in warranty. Technicians are providing irresponsible answers without even checking the product properly. I will attach some pictures where one is taken on */**/** and other is taken on **/**/** and kindly spot the difference, if it was physically damaged from our side,that would have not recovered. Really disappointed with the product and i urge that i can take matter to any extent because the mistake is not in our side. I personally responsible to lodge a complaint on Panasonic India and recommend everyone to not to buy the product anymore.
