Trackon Courrier - PAN card not delivered

Due to delay in PAN card delivery
PF team is not accepting the returns form
**st oct delivered to Chennai
Ambattur branch received on **th Oct & **th Nov it was delivered but as of **th nov Backend team called and informed they are checking & will revert back
one month for courrier delivery within city & due to this unable pay advance taxes, update banking information, update EPF withdrawal
