PANIND - Pan card not delivered

Actually I wanted to apply online for Pancard. I searched it on google and the first site that appeared was PANIND. I had no idea about how much it charges for a pan card. I just did the transactions which were Rs. *** but it could be done for almost Rs.*** with other sites. It's already been **-** days but no reply from them, not even a single mail. I have mailed them so many times and called for so many times but neither do they reply email nor do they receive a call. It's a fraud company and takes a lot of money. I want to file a harsh complaint against the company. It is a big fraud company. Please help.
