Velex has not delivered my PAN card to me .
They sent me a message that PAN card is delivered but still I have not get pan card.
Courior boy hasn't called me.
They showing the status that pan card has been delivered.
Velex delivered my pan to an unknown person without any confirmation.
My AWB no is ***********.
Please help me.
They give my PAN to wrong hand.
I have tried for many times to connect with Velex's customer care number but the didn't receive my calls
