Panind Services - PAN card application cancellation amount not refunded by PANIND Services

I applied for my lost pan card with Order ID VA-***********LO, now I want to cancel because I found my lost pan card and refund amount to my bank. When I called to Panind customer care one of the executive told me sir if you want to cancel your application we will process for cancellation but we will not refund your amount according to our company policy. They charged Rs. *** instead of Rs.*** after that when I called for cancellation they denied to refund my amount. Now I want to cancel order and full refund to my account.
