TechBuddy india - Pakage items not Delivered

I have ordered * smart watch and * pair of ear budds from techbuddy.india(insta profile name) on **th december ****. I did payment of Rs ****/- via UPI to his given number, before transferring the payment I asked to tech buddy guy via whats app chat that when you courier the items he told me tomorrow. After receiving of payment he neither reply on whats app nor pickup the phone calls.
After some day I messaged him to refund my money but from till date I have not received my money back.
