OYO Rooms Gurgaon - Paid twice for my stay

I booked * rooms- * guests in Oyo ***** Thor Thikana DLF Phase *, Gurugram, Haryana ******. I paid an amount of **** via Oyo app. The amount was deducted from my account, I even received the amount deduction text, email from the bank. The hotel staff said they have not received the payment so I had to pay again and I had to pay cash **** to the hotel. When I reached customer service they say payment is failed and when i reached my bank they say payment is made. Please help me out to get my refund of INR ****.
