GHANTA FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED - Paid Twice but not refunded

Dear Sir/Mam,

On **.**.****, I send a parcel to KPHB Colony, Hyderabad, with A* size envelop cover, (Captain Name - Harichand).
On urgent purpose I paid the amount Rs. ***/- thru Gpay, but unfortunately it is in process at the time.
And Next day I paid the Same amount Rs. ***/- thru Phonepay, it is success.
And Now today Rs. ***/- also paid to Harichand - Captain, which was we paid thru Gpay, it is in process also complete.
Means total * payments received by Captain.
And now I called to him but he avoid my phone call.
For your reference I have * screen shots which was I paid * payments for only one parcel to KPHB Colony, Hyderabad.

Pls revert my amount Rs. *** Immediately
