Redwood Furnitures - Paid the advance but there is no response

Saliny filed complaint against Redwood Furnitures on May 21, 2021

We have booked a dining table worth of *****rs on **-**-**** by paying advance rs *****, the remaining will be paid during the delivery . The expected delivery was on **-**-****. It didn't happened on time moreover their all contact numbers /emails and complaint numbers are unresponsive. We were tried to contact many times but failed. Somehow twice we could reach them and they promise two arbitrary dates (**-** and **-**) But it didn't happen that time also. Now we want at least our advance amount back (***** rs which paid during booking the product). Bills snapshot attached below.
