Secretpleasure shopping - Paid Ordered items were not sent

I am Usha P, from Mysore, Karnataka. I had ordered dress materials on *th sept **** by paying Rs.***, through g- pay. Order successful reply received on my e-mail immediately. But after a week of no shipping details or tracking details I tried to call but it says number does not exist. Automated mesage says it will response on working day. All my tries to reach them went in vain.
I checked in g-pay that my money is got credited to a person by name Chandresh Gobharbhai Jadav and his bank id is ********.payu@indus and the transaction id no. ************.
I have not received either my order or any reply from him till now. Kindly help me get my money back.
