softkart net - paid money online got cheated did not receive neither product nor money back

My uncle is joining a new company, where they asked him to install and genuine version of windows. so I downloaded windows ** pro OS and install it on his laptop. i went to purchase a license key which googling I got this website softkart.net where they sell at a low price, with more than ***+ good reviews. so I started to order it. the portal won't support cash on delivery, they use software called PAYKUN for receiving the money. I paid the money via UPI successfully. I was waiting for product confirmation. for some time it showed Pending payment conformation, later on, it said order canceled. I did not get a refund or receive the product. I have written multiple complaints via mail and website for last week but no response. I went to write a review for the product but these people are so clever that they won't display any reviews we write in name of verification they will delete our review in a day
