Teen Patti - Paid money in teen Patti but cannot withdraw

I saw an app "teen patti" and decided to give it a try . I started playing and I win many of the time.It says that I can you withdraw my money if I reach Rs.**** .After reaching Rs.*** i try to play again and it says that I have to play for ***** times to reach Rs.****. It says for faster withdrawal I should refer my friend to play so I can get to add money for withdrawal.After refering no amount of money came . There is also an option where I should pay *** so I can get money to fill the Rs.*** to reach Rs.****. I tried paying Rs*** but it keep on asking for more until I loss Rs**** and it says I get to withdraw it now but when I try to withdraw the money,the amount of money is only ** and I can withdraw only Rs.** .I want to get my Rs.**** back
