igp com - Paid money and Missing product product not customised

I have ordered * products and paid for the products , with customisation..only * products revived one was missing and other out * two products were not customised and i paid for including customisation.. and i am following for more than a week but every day evry person comingasking me the same story and they negotiating with ** persent money will credit with your IGP app that you can spend that money to next order..
This is not fair … i dont like to use that app again that i faced lot of frustration with the team also i was waiting whole noght to receive the products they took more that promised time… they follewed with yes we will help but no one had answer why delyed..
Finaly product receved late night after ** night… they sent messege like product received as we promised and we are closing your concern .. like that .. very very disappointed also waited for long with mu lol kid.. so hard time i had with that team IGP only beacause of ordered with them.. worst experience i wont order with them again… need concern .. please dont buy products.
