I had taken a cash loan on **th Feb of Rs ***,*** and paid the service charge of Rs **** so in total I had to pay ***,***.
The application mentioned if you pay before *th March then the loan amount will be interest free. I paid in full balance of Rs ***,*** in three different transactions of *****, ***** and ***** on **th Feb.
Now the application is showing the outstanding balance of **** which is interest charges. Having communicated with help@sliceit.com, open * different tickets since **th Feb but not getting any response and they are asking to pay this interest by **th April. This is total harrassing.
