I did my ola payment with cash..and now on ola it's showing payment pending.I have emailed them many times, but no response..They keep sending emails and app notifications very frequently stating " Pending dues" causing disturbances.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
