sbimops - paid form driving challan to sbimops but challan still showing

Hii....I got challan for driving without dl of ****rs for which I paid at challan website viaa gpay which went to sbimops@sbi. Money got deducted by account but in challan its not showing to be paid.....and also costumer care is so bad......when I search internet I saw many many people are facing the same error.
