Dtdc Plus - Paid for Service but not delivered

The document was sent from Mumbai to Pune through urgent express delivery by paying the extra charges for same, but it has been delivered through regular/Normal Consignment ..I wish to get the refund for Plus service which has been charged by DTDC but not delivered the service.
