Buyfree Wholesale Mart - Paid for product but still not received

I saw a laptop bag on http://www.buyfree.in/ and ordered the same. I got the call from customer care to make the payment through UPI from their website QR code. I made the payment using google pay QR. its been * years and I have still not received the product. they are not answering my call, SMS or the website chat.
