Ola Cab Nagpur - Paid driver in cash now driver is denying the payment and Ola is asking me to pay again

I booked Ola rental and before the ride driver asked me to pay in cash (Initial payment method was phone pay), after the ride I paid the driver in cash and he left, after some time I got a mail from Ola that amount is pending. I called driver several time but he was rejecting my calls.
I lodged complain with Ola customer care but they told me that driver has denied any payment hence I need to pay again
