I took a cab on July *th and when the cab came he asked me to pay by cash as he did not have money for diesel. I said OK but the app does allow to change once you book a ride. He said he will change and get it refunded if charged. After dropping to destination, I paid him ***(app showed ***) and said that app is showing paid too. He said he will rectify it and I should get the refund. However I raised a complaint but the customer service is just a automated reply saying that they can not refund. I have had multiple complaints as attached in first lines but on **th I got a call and they said they cannot help and I have to legally take action. I wish to pursue it through ombudsman and then will file a police complaint too. They cannot have me double pay. I tried reaching the driver but the phone is wrong in ola app. They have Falsified information on their app. The number of driver partner shows call forward and is unanswered. Please help me get justice
