Indiaeshops - Paid by netbanking but product is received by cash on delivery

I had placed a order of Nokia **** phone and its charger on September ****. I got the message that the product is dispatched and also a blue dart person came to my house with the item. He said that its cash on delivery but I had paid through net banking. I was shocked and called the customer care but no one responded. Also I called bluedart but they said that the product is given to them as cash on delivery so nothing can be done and they took it back. And now the website no where to be found. It's been listed in the fraud company list.
