Mini projector - Paid amount on Facebook but neither get refund nor item

Sir,
I purchased an item (mini projector YG ***) from Gadget store on Facebook and paid Rs *** through razorpay for the same. But neither I get any item nor any refund. So sir, I think Facebook is promoting so many fraud sites for her benefits. They didn't care about simple people of our country. I am attaching some screenshots , I took at that time.
