Reliance JioMart - Paid amount on 20 neither refunded nor goods delivered

I ordered groceries of the amount Rs ****.** through their website (https://www.jiomart.com/). They deducted Rs ****.** through online payment and mentioned the remaining amount of Rs ***.** is to be paid at the time of delivery, which was scheduled to be delivered within *-* days. They reverted Rs **.** on **st July as they were not having one product. They have not delivered my order till date and their website is showing groceries were already delivered on **nd July ****. I am constantly following up with them on phone and on emails since **nd July and its been *.* months. It is such a traumatic experience with them. On phone, their customer representative keeps on saying it is a technical issue and we will get a call within * hrs, but they never called. I have mailed them several times and each time they give a new ticket number. I have begged them to refund my money, but nothing is been done for *.* months. Calling on their customer care is such a headache, when you call them you will hear the song for *-* mins and then it goes blank, but if you keep the call on, they pick the phone after **-** mins. They are trying to fool customers by pretending the line is disconnected by making the call blank. Every time I call them, I have to waste **-** mins of my life, including **-** mins of waiting period. It is such a frustrating and traumatizing experience. I request you to please take action against them for frauding the customers, they cannot fraud customers by thinking they are a big company. I am a middle-class person and Rs. ****.** is a big amount for me. I work very hard to earn this money. I request you to make them pay for all this traumatizing experience I am going through.
