National consumer helpline team,
i inform you that . i was ordered a product from vle bazaar on *rd June .my id is ************ . i was attracted by the price so i ordered it. but, on **th june i received a damaged /not working product. so i requested them for return. on **th June their Delevery partner took them product from them as i applied for return. they received the product from on **nd June. according to the rules they must have to refund the amount in *-** days. but now it is ** days now . i did not get my refund . please help me to get my refund . I am ensure that the information mentioned above was correct .I hereby state that the facts mentioned above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
